Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted in Switzerland by Metanet AG. Each time a page is opened, the server automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. These logs are used only to operate the site, diagnose problems and protect it against abuse. They are not used to identify you and are deleted after a short retention period.
Contact form
When you use the contact form we receive the name, e-mail address, subject and message you enter. We use this information only to answer you and we keep it for as long as the exchange requires.
The form is protected against automated abuse by Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited) and by Akismet (Automattic Inc., United States). Both services receive technical data, including your IP address and browser information, in order to decide whether a submission is spam.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your first name and your e-mail address. The subscription is sent to our own mailbox and the address is then added manually to our mailing list. We use it only to send you event announcements, presale information and early access offers. Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter. We never sell or rent our list.
Shop
The SYNERGY shop is operated by Spreadshop, a service of sprd.net AG (Germany). Orders, payments and deliveries are handled entirely by them under their own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.
Cookies
This website sets only the technical cookies it needs to work: session, security and page caching. We do not use Google Analytics, we do not use any advertising or audience measurement tool, and we do not build visitor profiles.
Embedded content from other providers can set its own cookies, which are outside our control. See the next section.
Embedded third-party content
Some pages load content hosted by third parties. When that happens, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies: the Instagram feed, displayed through a third-party widget service; YouTube videos (Google Ireland Limited), loaded only when you click play; the Spotify and SoundCloud players on the home page; and Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), used for the site typography.
We embed this content to show our events, our music and our pictures. If you prefer to avoid it, most browsers let you block third-party content.
Transfers abroad
Some of the services above are operated by companies outside Switzerland, including in the European Union and the United States. These transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the relevant providers, such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Write to us at the address above and we will answer as quickly as we can. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the website changes. The date at the top always shows the current version.
